Why is my password not accepted during registration?

Please ensure that your new password meets ALL the below conditions

1. 8 - 25 characters
2. Consists of an Uppercase and lowercase letter
3. Consists of a Number
4. Consists of a symbol ?$#@!%*

Example: Abc#12345
