Yes, you can revoke access to your photos at any time by visiting the:
Photo Permissions screen

Note: Photo exchange is done on mutual consent. When both the parties initiate the photo exchange process, it is a must that both the parties view each others picture. Revoking the access without letting the other party view your image is against our rules.
